ADMISSIONS
Admission Procedure
1. Complete the
Student Application form or the
Preschool Student Application form.
2. Submit the following student records: (Originals will be photocopied
and returned to the parents.)
3. Academic records (report grades, teacher comments, and standardized
test scores) from the last school year as applicable.
4. Proof of current immunization and medical records of conditions
potentially affecting the health and/or education of the student.
Student must have all necessary immunizations before the start of the
school year.
5. Psychological or educational evaluation records which would
potentially relate to the education of the student. Evaluations not
shared are grounds for immediate dismissal.
6. Read carefully the
Financial Policy and complete the
Financial Computation Schedule.
7. Read and sign the
Parent & School Agreement form.
8. Send or bring the completed Student Application form. Include
$30 non-refundable application fee.
9 Provide the
Pastor’s Recommendation form to your
Pastor and request that it be sent directly to Holmesburg Baptist
Christian Academy. If this is not possible please indicate why.
10. The Academy will contact you to arrange for an interview with the
Admissions Committee and for the evaluation exam of the student after
completed forms have been received.
11. Parent(s) must appear for the interview with a member(s) of the
Admissions Committee or Administrator. All students must take an entrance exam. The
non-refundable entrance exam fee must be paid prior to the exam.
12. The Academy will notify you in writing of acceptance or rejection of
the applicant.
